CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy Deposit & Retainer Policy BOOKING POLICY – PLEASE READ To provide you with the highest quality service, a deposit/retainer is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total. It also covers the time reserved exclusively for you and the preparation of professional products. At PriscillaLeslie Hair, a 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling to maintain the integrity of your service and respect the time of other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for advance notice. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
